Quality Assurance

IGOPROMOS maintains a strict quality assurance program. When possible, we provide each customer a faxed paper proof of all personalization work before our manufactures go to print. We hand pick our select line of manufactures that we choose to represent and eliminate any manufacture that does not live up to our standard of excellence. If we do not meet any of these standard. We will replace your personalized items for you and extend an offer to keep the extra items at a reduced cost.
